This Christmas, wishing you…
I had the extreme pleasure of doing a newborn session for two very talented photographers who just had their first baby. They are Brooke and Eric of Be Creative Photography, and they are the proud parents of this most precious little girl. This baby was truly a sleeping beauty, snuggling up nicely to all the soft, fluffy things we put down around her without fussing at all. Brooke and Eric were fantastic – relaxed, fun, gracious – they were great people to work with! If you have a chance, I recommend you check out their beautiful photography.
And in the meantime, here are some images I took of their sweet lil angel…
I was so happy to take these holiday photos for this beautiful family! This little girl just melted my heart. What a beauty she is! And guess who is the best at making her laugh…her handsome older brother of course! Here they are playing around the Christmas tree. I’m definitely getting in the Christmas spirit!
I had the pleasure of meeting these adorable brothers last week. Anyone who knows me, knows that I’m a sucker for a handsome red-head (if you don’t know why, see my “Bear Mountain….” entry) and I got to shoot two! Now I’m loving these images in black and white, but I just had to include a couple in color so you could see the beautiful coloring on these boys. Also, I could not have asked for a more gorgeous location. Their house was picturesque with a pond, colorful reeds and pine trees. I just love beautiful outdoor locations and although the sun stayed behind the clouds, it was unseasonably warm for December – so we were happy. Here are the handsome guys…
This little boy arrived just before Thanksgiving and gave his family something extra to be thankful for! He is just precious and so beautiful I had to share a few of my favorites so far… Mom looks radiant and I just love the last shot of the two of them together.
OK…so being the mother of two boys, I was TOTALLY in my comfort zone for this session…chatting up Thomas the Tank Engine and testing my knowledge of Star Wars trivia. Also, mom and I had the “Polish connection” because even though I have the Italian last name, I am mostly Polish and proud of it! But most importantly, look at these faces. Can’t get much cuter, can it? Older brother totally reminds me of Robert Redford…he is so handsome! And well, when you see mom and dad you know where they get their looks from.
This little guy and I had so much fun together that when I was leaving he said, “Bye-bye…I wuv you.” Melt! Doesn’t get much better than that for me!
Here is just a sneak peek for you guys…more to come!
I am exhausted after a full day, but just wanted to say thanks to all the people who came to visit me at the Ridgewood Holiday Boutique. It was a great time and for a great cause (the YWCA’s Rape Crisis Center). I met some wonderful people and some talented artists. Here is a picture of the display we had up… Now off to catch up on some sleep….zzzzzzzz.
I think I mentioned before that I am participating in the YWCA Ridgewood Newcomers Holiday Boutique being held next Thursday, November 19th. I still haven’t decided what promotion I’ll be running, but it’ll be a good one! I’ll be announcing it soon. I’ve also spent all week getting my display ready and am so excited…
