Specifically designed for baby showers, baptisms, birthdays, and bar mitzvahs…  simply provide me with a list of your closest friends and relatives and I will send out a tasteful email announcing that you have scheduled a portrait session with me and signed up for my gift registry.  Friends and loved ones can then purchase gift certificates to apply towards your order.   Contact me for complete details on this complimentary service, and don’t worry, I give you my promise that I will not solicit nor share the email addresses of your friends with anyone.

Here at Christine DeSavino Photography we’ve been working hard at putting together some exciting new plans to better serve our clients,
and we’re ready to start announcing what’s now in bloom…


Blossom One: Baby’s First Year Plan

Many of you who follow my photography know how much I adore newborn sessions….there’s nothing more special to me than capturing the purity of a new little one.  The first few days of an infant’s life are so precious and endearing, but equally remarkable is the baby’s entire first year.  From holding up their head to rolling over, from beginning to crawl to walking and eventually cruising all over the house, a baby will grow more during this first year than any other time in their life.  And it goes by so quickly…

So to commemorate this treasured time, I’ve created a brand new plan that will capture and celebrate each milestone of a baby’s first year.

Here are the details of my Baby Plan:

  • one full newborn session within the first 10 days of birth
  • one full 6-month-old session (or around the time your baby begins to crawl)
  • one full 12-month-old session (or around the time your baby begins to criuse, this is the perfect time for a Cake Smash Session!)
  • optional mini-sessions at 3 & 9 months (or when your baby holds their head up & when your baby begins to walk)
  • optional maternity-mini-session
  • each full session is priced at a discount
  • each full session comes with a $100 complimentary Fine Art Canvas Credit, mini-sessions come with a $50 credit
  • the completed baby plan comes with a $300 complimentary Album Credit
  • over $600 worth of built in savings!

WE DID IT!

I am so happy to announce that today we reached our fundraising goal to help fight pediatric cancer!

Earlier this afternoon, two good friends (and clients) of mine made a very generous donation which brought us to $1000 in donations to Alex’s Lemonade Stand!  Now, not only have we raised the money, but a family affected by pediatric cancer will receive a photo session and print collection. We are working together with the ALS Foundation in choosing the right family and we can’t wait to meet them…so stay tuned for more information on that.

I want to send out a HUGE thank you to everyone who donated…your generosity towards this important cause is truly appreciated!  I’d also like to announce the winner of the free mini-session and package, and that goes to Andrea M who guessed 3:10pm! Congratulations to you, Andrea!  I’ll be in touch with you very soon and can’t wait to see you again!

One last thing, that I think is both poignant and bittersweet…today, by coincidence, happens to be the birthday of Alex, the brave little girl who created Alex’s Lemonade Stand.  She would have been 15 years old.  I wanted to share this video today that commemorates her life.  Her courage, optimism, and vision serve as an inspiration to us all…..

To have a chance at winning, all you have to do is take a guess as to what time of day we will pass the $1,000 mark in donations. Right now we’re just over half way, but you can see our current donation status here.

To enter, just leave me a comment either on my facebook page or below this post stating the time of day (ie. 3:37pm) that you think we will surpass $1000. The actual day does not matter – the time is all that is needed in your guess.  If there is a tie, the first to guess wins.

Yes, you can ENTER TWICE! Just take a different guess on both sites (facebook & blog) and whoever guesses the closest time will win! (Mini-Session cannot be in lieu of previously scheduled session; however, the mini-session is transferrable.
