This precious little baby girl was one of my first newborn shoots of the summer and let me tell ya, it was a hot one!! As babies tend to sleep much better in the heat, I asked mom to turn off the AC so we could get her groggy for the session. Well, she fell asleep and stayed in a deep slumber the whole time as I sweat bullets, but the results were well worth it. She is beautiful, just like her mommy, and I love the image of the two of them; we decided to get that pose at the last minute and sometimes those end up being some of the best ones! Penny’s right ….. precious is the word to describe this little one and all of the photos. The one where she is slumbering or “hanging out” in the hammock is especially delightful.

Your photos reflect the delicate beauty of this child. I love the first photo: a child in wood, on wood. And in the second photo, her tiny, pale fingers reflecting the soft lavender color of the cover. So beautiful.
